Environment & Facilities
We are very proud of our unique environs and the school that blends into the natural setting. Our school buildings and environs include;
- A library that is fully computerised with logon facility from all classrooms, multimedia and internet access.
- A Music room supported by an extensive range of musical instruments.
- An art room with kiln.
- A fully equipped 3/4 basketball netball court gym/multi purpose room.
- Extensive grounds in a level semi bush setting.
- 3 netball/basketball and bat tennis courts.
- Large grassed oval with football and soccer goals and cricket pitch.
- A canteen which is operational 2 days per week.
- Air conditioned classrooms with separate bag, wet and withdrawal area, store room and teacher work area. (All classrooms open out to immediate external seating and garden setting)
- Covered ways to all classrooms.
- 2 large sheltered gazebos. (1 new in 2008)
- A junior and new senior playground.
- A parent run landcare program that involves all classes contributing to the care of our school environment.
- The valuing of and working towards sustainability with the addition of water tanks providing water to our toilets.
- A ‘Frog Bog’ area that has been created for student study of a habitat.
